Evaluation of Job itself, evaluation of 4 potential new hires, evaluation of final job pick.  Includes 1 hour consulting. Additional packages available call for quantity discount and pricing. Be slow to hire so you don't have to be quick to fire.



Leadership/Team 3-4 Hour Group Training at Your Location
Regularly $2250 SPECIAL:$1750 for first 10 Groups booked in 2012
Includes leadership training, DISC personality training and Kolbe A individual assessment evaluations.  Learn who are the right people and where the right seats on the bus for them are. Perfect for brokerages, Association Leadership, or other groups of businesses or sales people. This package is for 10 people. $50 per each additional attendee. Travel fees apply.
